Introduction to .NET Programming

In my COMS-176, I developed a simple C# application with a Windows GUI display that translates selected dictionary phrases from Ukrainian to English or vice versa. The application also supports the update of current phrase definitions, the deletion of phrases, and the addition of new ones. Phrases and translations are displayed in English, Ukrainian Cyrillic, and an IPA representation of the Ukrainian.
